Job Title Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
Site location Bristol
Responsible to Commercial Manager / Commercial Director
Purpose of the role To take full commercial responsibility for MEP packages across a range of construction projects, ensuring financial performance, risk management, and successful delivery from procurement through to final account.
Client brief Our client is a leading main contractor with a strong presence across defence, data centre, and commercial sectors. They are known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Contract Permanent
Salary £80,000 - £90,000 + package
Shifts Monday - Friday
Holidays Standard (TBC)
Facilities Major project environment with established commercial and project teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full commercial management of MEP packages from procurement through to final account
Work closely with project and site teams to achieve financial targets
Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and risk
Attend and contribute to pre-contract and supply chain meetings
Ensure clarity of scope and adherence to contract requirements
Manage subcontractor accounts and variations
Support overall commercial strategy on projects
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
10+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying
Strong experience working on MEP packages (essential)
Degree / HNC / HND in relevant discipline (desirable)
Professional membership (MCIOB / MRICS preferred)
Valid CSCS card
Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
