Job Title - Production Operator
Site location - Colwyn Bay
Responsible to - Production Manager
Purpose of the role - As a Production Operator you will be required to support in the application of super abrasive coatings for the Aerospace Industry. You will be working within a team to perform your own tasks as well as supporting the other members of the team.
Client brief – Our client is a world-leading innovator in the development and manufacture of super abrasive grinding wheels, tools and coatings with locations around the globe. The clients’ products provide grinding, cutting, drilling and polishing solutions for a wide variety of industrial materials.
KEY INFORMATION
THE CLEINT IS RECRUITING FOR 4 SEPERATE SHIFTS CURRENTLY, DAYS AND NIGHTS, WHEN YOU START ON A SHIFT YOU STAY WORKING THAT SHIFT, THEY DO NOT ROTATE.

Contract – Temp to Perm
Hourly Rates -
FIXED DAYS - £12.67ph (inc 6% shift allowance),
FIXED NIGHTS - £15.89ph (inc 33% shift allowance).
Hours – (all shifts start on days for the first 3 months whilst training) = Monday-Thursday 7.45am-4.15pm, Friday 7.45am-12.45pm.
FIXED DAYS = Monday-Thursday 7.45am-4.15pm, Fridays 7.45am-12.45pm.
FIXED NIGHTS = Sunday 10.30pm-6am, Monday to Thursday 10pm-6am
Holidays – Accrual whilst agency and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Facilities – Excellent facilities on site including staff parking, canteen, changing areas
