Job Title – Quality Manager
Site location – Colwyn Bay
Responsible to – Site Manager
Purpose of the role – To ensure our clients products meet the required standards of quality, reliability, and safety. Responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections and tests, and analyzing data to identify potential areas for improvement in manufacturing processes. Working closely with the production team to help prevent defects, minimize waste, and ensure that products adhere to both customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Also contributing to continuous improvement efforts by recommending process adjustments, supporting root cause analysis for quality issues, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organisation.
KEY INFORMATION
Contract – Permanent
Salary - £50,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours – Monday to Thursday 8am or 9am start – 4.30pm or 5.30pm finish, Fridays 8am or 9am start – 12pm or 1pm finish (depending on site requirements and candidate preference)
Holidays – 25 + bank holidays
