About the role: As an experienced member of our AOS (Outsourcing) team, your job will involve:
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll across AUS for a range of different industries.
- Meeting strict deadlines with a high attention to detail.
- On boarding new employees.
- Preparing the calculation of termination payments.
- Processing workers compensation, PAYG payments and superannuation.
- Banking payments and trust account reconciliations
- Replying to internal and external client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports as required.
- Co-ordinate with and review work done by, the junior team
About you:The qualities and qualifications we’re looking for include:
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in payroll processing within Australia.
- Ability to work to tight time schedules.
- Experience using payroll software such as Keypay, Cloud payroll, Xero.
- Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of awards, NES and relevant legislations will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn.
- Your attitude, dedication and willingness to work as part of a team will be paramount to your success in the role;
