Korean Speaking Client Services Assistant - Brisbane
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Client Services Assistant with bi-lingual skills to join one of our Business Services teams. This team has a strong Korean client base and will require bi-lingual skills (Korean / English) to be successful in this role.

As a Client Services Assistant your role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients. The role may include supporting colleagues to achieve deadlines, finalising outgoing items, dealing with external and internal stakeholders, delivering technically correct information, following, and offering feedback on procedures or systems and communicating professionally to all levels of staff. The position also forms part of the relief and support structure that is necessary for the overall completion of administrative duties within the firm.
- Formatting of documents such as client letters, proposals and collations. A high attention to detail regarding all outgoing items and a focus on improving the quality of internal documents.
- Coordination and processing of the billing function for clients, in line with standards and templates for billing.
- Preparation of all correspondence required including business letters, invoices, reports, articles and proposals, in accordance with established templates.
- Coordination of the Out-For-Signature and lodgement process (e.g. ATO)
- Preparation of electronic or physical collations in a timely, organised and efficient manner. A view towards decreasing the use of physical materials and moving towards a more electronic environment.
- The updating, archiving and maintenance of accurate electronic data within various software platforms. An adherence to current procedures with a view towards continually offering constructive feedback.
- Communication with the ATO in relation to basic client matters (for example, setting up payment arrangements, obtaining remissions, lodging due date extension, etc.).
- Assisting with client payroll processes.
- Provision of support to Reception by answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, answering queries, welcoming guests and maintaining meeting rooms. Maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- General administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the office, including but not limited to upkeep of kitchen and meeting rooms, reception cover and providing administrative cover elsewhere when required
Qualifications - Excellent English and Korean speaking & writing skills are essential
- Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in a public practice environment
- Experience with Xero preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Flexibility to perform different and varied tasks
- The ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time and prioritisation of tasks
- Motivated to work as part of a team in addition to completing individual regular tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult with peers.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite
