Accounts Receivable Officer - Part Time

About the Job:
- This role is permanent part time 3 days a week or 5 days school hours, total 22.5 hours a week.
- Weekly and fortnightly debtors follow-ups and meetings with partners.
- Monitoring and maintaining Xero Invoicing (Auto) Reminders, flagging and updating any exceptions.
- Managing the Accounts Receivable shared mailbox, responding to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding and adhering to the company's debt collection policy.
- Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and client communications.
- Calling debtors and handling inquiries regarding invoices.
- Collaborating with the Financial Controller to develop an effective, streamlined report.
About you: - Minimum 2 years of experience managing debtors/accounts receivable.
- Experience with Xero is an advantage.
- Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
