Accounts Receivable Officer - Part Time

About the Job:

• This role is permanent part time 3 days a week or 5 days school hours, total 22.5 hours a week.
• Weekly and fortnightly debtors follow-ups and meetings with partners.
• Monitoring and maintaining Xero Invoicing (Auto) Reminders, flagging and updating any exceptions.
• Managing the Accounts Receivable shared mailbox, responding to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding and adhering to the company's debt collection policy.
• Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and client communications.
• Calling debtors and handling inquiries regarding invoices.
• Collaborating with the Financial Controller to develop an effective, streamlined report.

 
About you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing debtors/accounts receivable.
• Experience with Xero is an advantage.
• Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
