About the role:

• Assisting the team with the preparation of buy side and sell side due diligence analysis including; workbook construction, financial analysis, review data room content, assisting with report writing on due diligence assignments.
• Providing transaction support for the M&A team including assistance with data room construction on sell side engagements, assistance with Q&A activity, support in various meetings with various stakeholders, assistance with financial analysis to support the transaction and broader assistance to the sell side or buy side team.
• Assistance with service line special projects including the development of new tools and solutions to aid with the service line engagements.
• Preparation of purpose-built financial models for use in transaction analysis, , due diligence, and management reporting.
• Preparation of blogs and case studies to drive service line growth.
• Assisting with other Forvis Mazars Business lines as workflow demands across various teams.
• Assisting with preparation of proposals and engagement letters for new clients.

About you:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in professional services, banking, or consultancy services 
• Developed understanding of financial statements, including the drivers behind P&L statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult with peers and leaders alike.
• Excellent written skills with the ability to draft professional documents and reports
• Excellent analytical and interpretation skills
• Excellent time management skills and evidenced ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Have commenced CA or CPA.
