We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing New Zealand technology company looking for an ambitious individual who wants to build a long-term career in sales.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently working in recruitment, retail, hospitality, customer service or another customer-facing role who is ready to take the next step into technology sales.
You'll begin your journey in Customer Success and Onboarding, developing a deep understanding of the product, customers and commercial processes. As you grow, you'll transition into a full-cycle sales role where you'll manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to closing new business.
This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely passionate about sales and wants to develop into a high-performing sales professional within a rapidly growing technology company.
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 4:00 am - approximately 12:00 pm (midday)
While the early start won't suit everyone, it means you'll have every afternoon free. Whether it's spending time with family, going to the gym, studying, avoiding peak traffic or enjoying the outdoors, this role offers an outstanding work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new customers and deliver an exceptional first experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support their ongoing success.
• Develop expert product knowledge and understand customer needs.
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Progress into managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiations and closing new business.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM software.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Consistently achieve activity and performance targets.

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail, customer service or other customer-facing roles will be highly regarded. However, attitude, ambition and a willingness to learn are more important than direct industry experience.
