WHO ARE WE?

Once placed, you’ll receive 12 months of professional sales training, equipping you with the tools, knowledge, and support to thrive in your new career.
We’re currently working with a range of NZ companies across different roles and levels, from Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) through to Account Executives (AEs). Depending on your background and goals, we’ll help you identify the best entry point for your journey into tech sales.
ROLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)
As an SDR, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process — starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and connecting potential customers with solutions that genuinely help.
you will:
• Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social channels
• Identify and research new business opportunities
• Understand customer challenges and share how your product can solve them
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the wider sales team
• Build relationships and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
