The Role – Sales Development Representative (SDR)

This is where the real work begins. You’ll be on the front line—prospecting, qualifying, and driving the sales engine forward. It’s fast-paced, competitive, and packed with growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospecting – Research and reach out to potential customers.
• Engaging – Start real conversations and uncover customer needs.
• Qualifying – Make sure leads are a good fit before passing them on.
• Booking Meetings – Set up opportunities for senior reps to close deals.
• Learning Tools & Tech – Use CRMs, automation tools, and the latest sales tech to sharpen your edge.

What You’ll Need:

• Hustle. This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out job.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong work ethic and a hunger to grow.
• Ideally some customer-facing experience—but we care more about mindset than background.
• A natural curiosity for tech and business.
