Who are we?
 

The Role – Phase 1: Account Manager (Client Success) You’ll begin by getting to know our platform inside and out, working closely with customers to onboard, support, and empower them. You’ll:

• Guide clients through onboarding (remote and onsite)
• Ensure CRM records and support tickets are up to date
• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear solutions
• Build strong client relationships that lead to long-term retention
• Spot opportunities for upselling and product growth

Phase 2: Account Executive (Sales) Once you’re fluent in the product and our customer base, you’ll move into a full sales role where you will:

• Own the sales pipeline from lead to close
• Respond to inbound leads and generate your own outreach
• Run product demos and pitch tailored solutions
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and partner programs
• Influence sales strategy and messaging
• Represent the brand in market-facing events
