Sales Development Representative (SDR) at a well-established and class-leading SaaS company
What you’ll do:
- Qualify leads by identifying businesses that could benefit from the solution and ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers
- Understand customer needs by asking insightful questions, uncovering pain points, and educating potential customers on how the product can solve their challenges
- Book meetings for the sales team to take prospects through the next steps
- Manage your pipeline by maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine outreach and improve results
This is a high-energy, people-focused role where you will develop the skills, discipline, and strategic thinking needed to build a successful career in sales. The last SDR was promoted in just four months, so we aren't kidding when we say this is a growth opportunity.
