Who Are We?

We’re currently working with some of NZ’s top companies on a range of roles and levels. An example of a role we are currently working with is a founding SDR role in one of New Zealand's up-and-coming SaaS solutions.
Role: Sales Development Representative
As an SDR, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process, engaging potential customers and driving business growth.
- Engage with Potential Clients – Start conversations with leads from marketing campaigns.
- Identify New Opportunities – Research and proactively reach out to potential customers.
- Understand Customer Needs – Uncover challenges and present relevant solutions.
- Qualify Leads – Ensure prospects are a great fit for the company's products/services.
- Book Sales Meetings – Connect prospects with the sales team for deeper discussions.
- Build Relationships – Keep potential clients engaged until they’re ready to move forward.
This role is
fast-paced, dynamic, and full of growth opportunities, almost like running your own
mini business—so creativity, discipline, and energy will be key.
What's on offer - Full-time role based in Auckland CBD. We have opportunities across NZ, but this one requires you to be on-site.

Preferred but Not Essential Qualifications - B2B sales experience
- Teaching/education background
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- A desire to achieve more in your work
- University degree (any discipline)
