The Role: Sales Development Rep (SDR)
One of the many roles we’re partnering on is an SDR role at One of NZ's most excing buisness, a high-growth SaaS company that’s transforming a vital function for businesses across the globe.

As an SDR, you’ll be at the frontline of the sales process, helping to identify and engage with potential customers.
What you'll do:
- Qualify Leads – Identify businesses that could benefit from solution, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage Prospects – Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers.
- Understand Customer Needs – Ask smart questions, uncover pain points, and educate potential customers on how the product can solve their challenges.
- Book Meetings – Secure meetings for the sales team to take prospects through the next steps.
- Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine outreach and improve results.
This is a high-energy, people-focused role—almost like running your own ‘mini-business’ with plenty of opportunities to be creative, strategic, and disciplined at the same time!
No sales experience? No worries!
What makes you a great fit?
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
✔ 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, customer service, or any role where you’ve dealt with people).
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills – you enjoy talking to people and can articulate ideas clearly.
✔ A Growth Mindset – you’re curious, coachable, and eager to improve.
✔ Resilience & Drive – sales is a game of persistence, and you’re up for the challenge.
✔ A university degree (open to all disciplines, but not required).
