An example of one of the many roles we're recruiting for is a Sales Development representative for a high-growth SaaS company selling internationally.
Role Description - SDR Development Rep!
The SDR is responsible for the initial steps of the sales cycle, it's a fast-paced and people-first role!
Responsibilities include:
● Handle Inbound Leads: Qualify and nurture inbound opportunities, ensuring they meet the criteria for a handoff to account executives.
● Create Outbound Opportunities: Execute semi-cold and cold outreach, including email
campaigns, phone calls, and post-event follow-ups, to engage small and medium-sized
businesses in the US.
● Meet and Exceed Targets: Work towards a monthly goal of qualifying 10-20 opportunities with a
15% lead-to-meeting conversion rate and 40% qualified opportunity-to-sale conversion rate.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing and account executives to optimize lead
handoff and feedback on campaigns.
● Maintain CRM Hygiene: Update customer relationship management (CRM) tools accurately and
in a timely manner.
