Role Description - Sales Development Rep!
The SDR is responsible for the initial steps of the sales cycle, it's a fast-paced and people-first role!
Responsibilities include:
- Qualify Leads: Ensure leads are a good fit for the company’s products or services through careful qualification.
- Provide Sales Support: Ensure all processes are up to date and completed to keep the deal flow moving forward.
- Understand Customer Needs: Conduct thorough discovery to comprehend potential customers' situations, challenges, and requirements
- Engage Potential Customers: Initiate conversations with potential customers sourced from marketing-generated leads
- Book Initial meetings: Schedule appointments for phone discussions or online & face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster and sustain ongoing relationships to keep potential customers engaged until they are ready for a sales discussion.
- Promote Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to position yourself as a knowledgeable resource for customers.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
It's a high-energy role, almost like your own 'mini-business' so there's plenty of opportunity to be creative and disciplined at the same time!
No experience in sales? That's okay! We are looking for attitude and attribute more than anything else.
The career opportunities are massive! You'll 'learn and earn' at the same time! Many of our 'Apprentees' have been promoted after 18 months and are earning six-figure salaries!
Qualifications that are advantageous, but not essential: - At least 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Growth mindset Curious and keen to grow

- University graduate (we're open to disciplines)
