Are you a passionate Chef who loves cooking over fire, working with quality produce and being part of a great kitchen team? Bopp & Tone, located in the heart of Sydney CBD, is looking for a talented Chefs to join our established kitchen brigade.

Part of Applejack Hospitality, Bopp & Tone is a sophisticated restaurant celebrating generous, bringing people together through exceptional food, warm hospitality and a lively atmosphere.

Our menu celebrates bold flavours, premium produce and traditional cooking techniques, with a focus on open-fire cooking using our custom-built wood grill and Josper charcoal ovens.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef
• A genuine passion for food, flavour and quality ingredients.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• A willingness to learn, develop and contribute new ideas.
• Experience with grill or charcoal cooking is highly regarded, but not essential.
