We're looking for an experienced Cellar & Logistics Manager to join the leadership team at Opera Bar, one of Australia's most iconic hospitality destinations. Opera Bar needs no introduction, and yet, under Applejack's stewardship, it is being reintroduced to Sydney in the most compelling way possible. The Lower Concourse of the Sydney Opera House is one of the most extraordinary hospitality addresses in the world. It is a place where Sydneysiders come to mark moments, where visitors from around the world come to experience the city at its most iconic, and where hospitality and culture bring out the best in each other.

Key duties & responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cellar team, creating a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork and continuous growth.
• Oversee the day-to-day cellar and logistics operations, ensuring every delivery, transfer and stock movement runs seamlessly.
• Champion stock accuracy through regular stocktakes, inventory controls and proactive ordering to keep the venue operating at its best.
• Work closely with venue leaders, suppliers and drivers to coordinate deliveries and ensure products are available when they're needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies across the venue.
• Maintain a safe, organised and compliant cellar while leading best practice across manual handling, storage and workplace safety.
