Bar Managers – Opera Bar Precinct

We’re on the lookout for experienced Bar stars to join our incredible beverage team across the Opera Bar Lower Concourse in both an Assistant Bar Manager & Venue Bar Manager capacity.

About You:
You’re a hands-on leader who loves the buzz of a busy service, knows how to motivate a team, and brings energy to every shift. You take pride in smooth operations, strong service standards, and creating memorable moments for every guest.
