About the Role

• Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Deliver warm, professional, and engaging customer service.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station.
• Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Uphold Applejack Hospitality's high standards of service and presentation.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Confidence in preparing specialty coffee with consistency and speed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Thursday.
