Its menu celebrates fresh, seasonal coastal produce, while the adjoining Surf Suite offers a versatile event space with panoramic views across the water.

We're looking for an inspiring Head Chef to lead our talented kitchen team, drive culinary creativity and continue building RAFI URBNSURF as one of Sydney's must-visit dining destinations.
As Head Chef, you'll lead every aspect of the kitchen operation while working alongside an experienced venue leadership team to deliver outstanding food, inspire your team and create memorable experiences for every guest.
Your responsibilities include:
Kitchen Leadership – Lead the operations of the kitchen, inspire and develop a high-performing culinary team.
Menu Development – Showcase premium local produce with creativity and flair.
Commercial Performance - Manage labour, food costs and kitchen budgets while driving profitability through smart purchasing, stock control and waste management.
Operations & Compliance - Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and safely every day.
Events & Functions – Lead the culinary execution of private events, corporate functions and venue activations.
Salary: Circa $100k, depending on experience, plus monthly KPI bonuses.
