A bit about the role & what we'd love from you

• A hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced café environment
• Passionate about exceptional coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Confident leading shifts, supporting team development, and setting the standard on the floor
• Experience with venue open and close procedures
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
• A natural people person who builds positive relationships with guests and team members alike
• Availability across weekdays, weekends, and Public Holidays
• Current RSA certification
