What we'd love from you...
We're in search of a seasoned Venue Beverage Manager, with a track record of excellence, ideally in a high-volume cocktail setting. 

• A wealth of knowledge in the realms of mixology, spirits, and wine, coupled with a knack for crafting one-of-a-kind, irresistible cocktails.
• A powerhouse of leadership, possessing the ability to galvanize and ignite a diverse team to reach new heights.
• Customer service and interpersonal finesse, radiating a friendly and welcoming aura.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in managing inventory, analysing sales data, and controlling costs.
