We are seeking experienced Waitstaff who love all things food, wine, service and looking for their next venue to call home.

Bopp & Tone reflects the nostalgic and optimistic post WW2 era, embodying every day opulence and grandeur. The style is lived-in luxury, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The Australian menu, centres around honest and generous share food with Mediterranean influences, and is predominantly cooked on the in-house wood grill or charcoal oven.

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volume service periods
• Contribute to maintaining service standards and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Ideal Skills and Experience...

• A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a hatted or elevated restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
