The Butler is a contemporary Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Potts Point, blending neighbourhood sophistication with the vibrant flavours of Polanco. The sun-drenched terrace with lush greenery offers views of Sydney’s iconic skyline, making it the perfect destination to host events.

A bit about the role...
You’ll be working closely with the venue team to execute your events. From coordinating a wide range of events and ensuring every touchpoint (enquiry, planning, execution, and follow-up) meets the high standards of Applejack. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. 

• Manage all event enquiries and bookings through iVvy and SevenRooms
• Develop a strong understanding of the local area and target market, actively engaging with industry events and networks
• Drive both proactive and reactive sales to achieve event revenue targets
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain clear, professional communication with clients
• Collaborate closely with venue teams to continually improve event offerings and execution
• Liaise with the Marketing team to support content collection, social media activity, and brand alignment
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
