What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, elevated or hatted-style restaurant.
Confident leader with strong communication and team building skills.
A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Food safety certification and a commitment to kitchen excellence.
Salary: from $90K + Super
