Bopp & Tone, one of Sydney’s most iconic venues, is on the lookout for a confident and capable Events Coordinator to join our passionate team at Applejack Hospitality.

A bit about the role...
You’ll be working alongside the Events Manager, coordinating a wide range of events and ensuring every touchpoint (enquiry, planning, execution, and follow-up) meets the high standards of the Bopp & Tone brand. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

• Support the Events Manager across the entire event lifecycle
• Manage all event enquiries and bookings through iVvy & SevenRooms
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain professional client communication
• Coordinate and manage events in person, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests
• Work with venue teams to improve event offerings and execution
• Liaise with the Marketing Team for content collection, social media activity, and brand alignment
• Full time position. Monday - Friday
