We're currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for an urgent opportunity at Roy Hill. This is a fantastic chance to secure a long-term ongoing FIFO role with a reputable contractor, leading civil and rehabilitation works on site.

About the role:
As the Civil Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, leading crews and subcontractors, and ensuring all civil and rehabilitation works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll work closely with the project team to coordinate resources, manage schedules, maintain productivity and ensure compliance with site procedures and safety standards.

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience supervising civil construction or mining projects.
• Strong rehabilitation and earthworks experience.
• Current Section 26 (S26) Supervisor qualification (essential).
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example.
• Experience coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues while maintaining quality and productivity.
