Indigenous Managed Services is currently seeking experienced and passionate childcare professionals for casual creche opportunities across the Midland and Northbridge campuses of North Metropolitan TAFE.
We are recruiting for:

• Creche Team Leader – Northbridge Campus

This position is ideal for caring, reliable and motivated individuals who are committed to providing safe, engaging and supportive environments for children.
About the Roles
You will play an important role in supporting daily creche operations while ensuring the safety, wellbeing and development of children in care. The Team Leader role will also involve coordinating staff and overseeing day-to-day operations at the Northbridge campus.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing and development
• Follow child safeguarding procedures and reporting requirements
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
• Support daily creche operations and routines
• Creche Team Leader applicants will also oversee staffing and daily coordination activities

Essential Requirements

• Current Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous childcare or creche experience
• Demonstrated skills in child safeguarding and child safety practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible casual shifts
• Leadership or senior childcare experience highly regarded for the Team Leader role
