We are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our clients team based in Osborne Park WA.

This position is genuine 50D role (Aboriginal Identified Role) required to support the ongoing operational needs of the host business. 

About the Role

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organising incoming stock. The role will also assist with inventory accuracy, preparing orders for dispatch, and maintaining a clean and compliant warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will be confident operating warehouse equipment and committed to contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and loading inventory for upcoming projects
• Assisting with managing inventory locations within the warehouse
• Receiving goods and processing them into the inventory management system
• Ensuring inventory controls are accurately implemented and maintained
• Responding to and resolving warehouse and inventory-related queries from office-based staff and installation teams
• Undertaking general warehouse duties including housekeeping, quality checks on inventory and completing supporting documentation
• Safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods within the warehouse

Skills and Experience

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Demonstrated experience operating a forklift
• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong knowledge of goods inwards processes
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Solution-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
