We are building a Talent Acquisition Partner talent pool for upcoming and future in-house recruitment opportunities across the Perth metropolitan area.
This advert is designed to engage experienced TA professionals who are open to contract, fixed-term, or permanent roles as they arise.

These are true in-house roles and will suit candidates comfortable working in a heavily process-driven environment, where systems are not always optimal and success relies on resilience, structure, and strong TA fundamentals.

About the Opportunity
As part of this talent pool, you may be considered for roles where you will operate as a trusted TA Partner, supporting multiple hiring portfolios and stakeholders.

While administration is a core component of these roles, equal emphasis is placed on proactive talent sourcing, market engagement, and strategic TA partnership.

These roles are not in an agency recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)

• End-to-end in-house recruitment across multiple portfolios
• Managing multiple roles with competing priorities and stakeholders
• Proactive sourcing of niche and hard-to-find talent
• Advanced candidate searching via:
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• SEEK Premium Talent Search (minimum requirement)
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Managing offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Coordinating pre-employment checks and approvals
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data across ATS and HR systems
• Operating effectively within structured and sometimes complex recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong in-house Talent Acquisition experience (essential)
• Demonstrated ability to work in process-heavy, imperfect systems
• Proven experience proactively sourcing niche talent
• Ability to manage multiple roles across varied stakeholder groups
• A TA Partner mindset rather than a transactional recruiter approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Highly Regarded (Not Essential):

• Recruitment marketing and employer branding experience
• Talent attraction campaigns and proactive market engagement
• Reporting and recruitment analytics exposure
