Roles Available
We are recruiting for the following trades and skill sets:
- Steel fixers
- Formwork Carpenters
- Concreters (commercial & civil)
Key Responsibilities Depending on your trade, duties may include:
- Steel fixing, formwork installation, and concrete placement/finishing
- Civil works including trenching, pit and pipe assistance, and ground preparation
- Use of hand and power tools
- Reading basic plans and working to set-out requirements
- Maintaining safe, clean, and productive work areas
- Strict adherence to site safety procedures, SWMS, Take 5s, and pre-starts
What You’ll Need (Essential Requirements) To be considered, you must have:
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage (identified role)
- Current Australian Driver’s License and reliable transport
- Construction White Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
