Roles Available
We are recruiting for the following trades and skill sets:

• Steel fixers
• Formwork Carpenters
• Concreters (commercial & civil)

  
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your trade, duties may include:

• Steel fixing, formwork installation, and concrete placement/finishing
• Civil works including trenching, pit and pipe assistance, and ground preparation
• Use of hand and power tools
• Reading basic plans and working to set-out requirements
• Maintaining safe, clean, and productive work areas
• Strict adherence to site safety procedures, SWMS, Take 5s, and pre-starts

  
What You’ll Need (Essential Requirements)
To be considered, you must have:

• Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage (identified role)
• Current Australian Driver’s License and reliable transport
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
