About the Role
As a Trade Assistant, your duties may include:

• Assisting tradespeople with tools, materials, and site preparation
• General labouring and site support tasks
• Manual handling and basic construction or mechanical assistance
• Housekeeping and maintaining clean, safe work areas
• Complying with all site safety requirements, including SWMS, Take 5s, and pre-starts

What You’ll Need (Essential Requirements)
To be considered, you must have:

• Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage (identified role)
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
