Our civil contracting client is seeking experienced Form Worker Carpenters and Concreters for a 12-month project based in Fremantle.
Proven construction formwork experience on large builds (e.g., bridges, high-rise commercial)
Experience with Jumpform, RMD or PERI systems
Ability to read and interpret formwork/structural drawings
Solid knowledge of pre-pour and post-pour procedures
Liaise effectively with project managers, team members, trades and suppliers
Work unsupervised with strong timekeeping and attendance
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication and collaboration skills
Relevant trade qualifications and high-risk work licences
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Responsibilities & Experience – Concreters
Concrete patching expertise
Multi-tasker with a strong team focus
Sound understanding of pre-pour/post-pour processes and safe work practices
Ability to work unsupervised with reliable timekeeping and attendance
Essential requirements (all roles)
Current driver’s licence and reliable car
White Card
Working at Heights (or willingness to obtain)
EWP
Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening (ongoing)
Fit, healthy and physically capable; clean-shaven if required (respirator use)
Full Australian work rights
Safety-focused with strong communication skills
