Australian Business & Hospitality Training (ABHT) is a growing Registered Training Organisation delivering practical, industry-focused training across hospitality, business and leadership.
Our flagship program, Behind the Bar, is designed to help job seekers gain the skills, confidence and real-world experience needed to enter the hospitality industry.
We are currently seeking a driven and personable Business Development & Enrolments Manager to help grow our programs across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
This role combines relationship building with Job Services Providers and direct student engagement, helping participants enrol into our courses and begin their pathway into employment.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for both developing referral partnerships and supporting participants through the enrolment process.
You will regularly visit Job Services Providers and employment agencies, promote our training programs, and assist their participants to enrol in our courses.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Job Services Providers and employment consultants
• Promote ABHT training programs, particularly the Behind the Bar hospitality course
• Identify new referral opportunities and grow student enrolments
• Meet with prospective students and guide them through the enrolment process
• Assist participants with course information and enrolment documentation
• Attend meetings with employment providers and community partners
• Maintain regular contact with referral partners to support ongoing enrolments
About You

Experience (Advantageous)
• Experience in the RTO or vocational education sector
• Experience working with Job Services Providers / employment services
• Background in sales, business development or account management
• Experience in student enrolments or course administration
• Hospitality industry experience (desirable)
Requirements
• Current driver’s licence
• Own vehicle required (travel between partner organisations)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
