Australian Business & Hospitality Training (ABHT) is a well-established, Sunshine Coast–based RTO delivering high-quality hospitality training across South East Queensland. We’re currently seeking an experienced Behind the Bar Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training in Maroochydore

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering our popular Behind the Bar course, supporting students to build confidence, practical bar skills, and job-ready capability in a real-world environment. This is a hands-on training role, ideal for someone who enjoys sharing their industry knowledge and helping others succeed in hospitality.

Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:

• Certificate III in Hospitality (minimum requirement)
• TAE40122 or TAE40116
• Current and relevant bar experience (cocktail, service bar, or high-volume bar experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Availability to deliver face-to-face training at venue locations

Highly Desirable

• Certificate IV or Diploma of Hospitality
• Previous training, mentoring, or coaching experience
• Experience delivering practical hospitality or bar-focused training
• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
