One Tech Engineering is searching for a Designer for a position located in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The Designer will collaborate with other team members on various tasks within the GIS system.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a few years of professional experience, preferably in a customer-focused role.

Designer Responsibilities:

• Work on GIS system services, coordinating with customers and site check teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and site checkers, collaborating with designers and site check teams.
• Communicate with customers via email to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Handle billing aspects and coordinate site checks.
• Creates, updates, and revises sketches, working drawings, and contract documents using GIS software or manual means of drafting to meet customer requirements.
• Prepares documentation to support design drawings.

• A few years of professional experience, preferably in a customer-focused role.
• Previous utility industry experience is nice to have.
• Experience with GIS software (e.g., Esri) is nice to have.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
