One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, or Denver, Colorado. The Program Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and management of the company’s energy efficiency initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, sustainability objectives, and regulatory requirements.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in managing programs or projects, including planning, execution, and collaboration across teams.
  
Program Manager Responsibilities:  

• Collaborate closely with the existing program manager to manage and execute the lighting rebate programs. 
• Provide operational and administrative support for multiple jurisdictions.
• Work with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses participating in the rebate programs.
• Monitor program activities to ensure alignment with established goals and deadlines.
• Support program logistics, including tracking progress, managing documentation, and coordinating deliverables.
• Assist in analyzing program performance data to evaluate success and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to reporting on program metrics and outcomes for stakeholders.
• Step in to cover responsibilities vacated by the previous program manager, ensuring continuity in operations.
• Responsible for all aspects, including annual forecasting, budgeting, and marketing plans.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in managing programs or projects, including planning, execution, and collaboration across teams.
• Previous experience in a regulated background.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in program management, tracking, and communication.
• Strong communication skills and a self-driven, adaptable mindset.
• Previous utility experience is nice to have.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is nice to have.
