One Tech Engineering is searching for a Graphic Designer for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Graphic Designer will produce and design various print and digital collateral, support senior team members, and manage tasks within the project management system.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or related, and 3 years’ experience.
  
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:  

• Perform graphic production tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality outputs for print collateral, ads, and digital graphics.
• Review tasks within the project management system to prioritize the day’s work, providing an overview of incoming requests and immediate needs.
• Handle transactional requests, such as creating or modifying materials like local print ads (e.g., a 1/4-page ad), ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Make edits to existing assets, like information sheets or direct mail pieces, to maintain consistent branding and fulfill custom requests.
• Assist in developing new marketing collateral, such as brochures, with opportunities to incorporate original design elements.
• Contribute to larger, more involved projects, like the annual report, which requires both production and creative input.
• Provide general team support by helping schedule tasks and communicating with other teams or departments to align on project requirements and deadlines.
• Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials.
• Assist in team tasks, manage personal tasks within the project management system, and support senior members with ongoing projects.
• Review designs for errors before publishing or printing.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Work with communications teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Select colors, images, and typefaces to create layouts for print, web, or multimedia. 
• Interpret feedback and make appropriate edits to existing materials
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to drive creative innovation and differentiation.
• Update and maintain accurate electronic file management with internal file storage procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in creative roles within B2B/B2C industries, with a strong background in design production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for design production and creative tasks.
• Solid foundation in graphic production, with an attention to detail and the ability to contribute creatively to design projects such as brochures, advertisements, and reports.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Word and Excel for simple edits, reviews, or document preparation (advanced Excel skills not required).
• Ability to review, edit, and prepare files for print and digital distribution using Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with project management tools like Lytho or similar tools.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing visual design skills and the ability to create clear and engaging design materials.
