One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Project Coordinator will be supporting the operational management of energy customer programs, including rebates, demand response initiatives, and saver switch programs, aimed at reducing energy load and providing customer incentives.
  
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate must have at least 1-3 years of data entry experience.
  
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:  

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for rebate applications and fulfillment activities, including managing pending work queues, application analysis, and validation review.
• Cross-train on rebates and other operational tasks to address program seasonality and ensure a seamless workflow.
• Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution of rebate processing, customer incentives, and program activities.
• Manage high-volume work orders for residential Saver Switch, AC Rewards, and commercial saver switch programs, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Verify customer eligibility for energy efficiency and demand response programs, confirm required equipment, and ensure the accuracy of incentive payments.
• Work within a shared Salesforce queue, track progress via dashboards and collaborate with the team to manage work orders effectively.

• 1-3 years of data entry experience, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment within a large corporate or professional setting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of PDFs and scanning processes.
• Previous experience in the utility industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
