One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Manager for a position located in either Minneapolis, Minnesota or Denver, Colorado. The Project Manager will lead and contribute to the development of programs for large energy projects, driving sustainable solutions forward.
  
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience with product development, program management, engineering, regulatory administration, program development, or similar areas. 
  
Project Manager Responsibilities:  

• Develop programs focused on energy-related initiatives, with a strong emphasis on innovation.
• Work on initiatives related to advanced grids, supporting the transition to smarter and more efficient energy systems.
• Collaborate closely with managers to ensure project alignment and success.
• Work with a variety of internal and external team members to achieve program goals.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineers, researchers, and stakeholders, to drive the development of energy programs.
• Support the integration of new technologies and solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for future program growth and sustainability.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, program management, engineering, regulatory administration, program development, or related fields.
• Experience with competitive product development, demand-side management, renewable energy, energy monitoring, energy information services, or similar areas is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proven relationship management capabilities.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of utility regulations or experience in the utility or energy industries is also a plus.
