The Role – Sales Representative
This role is all about connecting with customers, understanding their vision, and helping bring their outdoor dreams to life. You’ll spend most of your time out and about across Adelaide, conducting on-site consultations (no cold calling here – just warm, qualified leads ready to go!). You’ll also have the flexibility to choose whether you want to come on board as a full-time employee or work under your own ABN.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Meeting with potential customers for consultations, measuring and quoting projects
• Giving expert product advice tailored to each customer’s needs
• Preparing and presenting professional proposals (with pricing, timelines, and options)
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Coordinating with the install team to ensure smooth project delivery
• Keeping customer records and sales progress up to date
• Attending team catch-ups and training sessions to stay sharp and supported
• Looking for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that add value

  
What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (building, construction, or home improvement is a bonus!)
• Understanding of residential building principles (or a keen interest to learn)
• Down-to-earth, honest, and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working independently and managing your own time
