Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team to provide high quality engineering services (build, implementation, support) to their IT Services clients and their users.
  
The Role:
As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be involved in some exciting projects, making key decisions around infrastructure and lead projects relating to their client’s sites. You will provide a high level of technical knowledge and support together with mentoring other system engineers.

You will need:

• At least 3 to 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Systems Engineer  managing and delivering infrastructure support and operational excellence
• Extensive engineering experience gained anywhere from service desk through to project design and implementation
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix, Hyper-V, VMware, Antivirus technologies, VPN’s, Cloud (including Azure), AWS,DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services
• Firewalls and security principles and technologies
• Virtualisation experience
• Great customer service focus
• High level of innovation and ability to problem solve
• A desire to keep on improving and growing as an IT Professional
• Excellent communication skills
