IT Support Coordinator/Analyst – Level 1-2 | Hamilton | Full-Time Fixed Term Contract (Until Christmas)

We're recruiting an IT Support Coordinator/Analyst to join a busy and supportive team based in Hamilton on a full-time fixed-term contract through to Christmas.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years' IT support experience who enjoys solving problems, helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  
You'll be involved in:
• Providing Level 1 and selected Level 2 technical support
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, laptops, mobile devices and business    
   applications
• Managing and prioritising the IT support queue
• Coordinating incidents and escalating complex technical issues
• Creating knowledge articles and improving support processes
• Delivering outstanding customer service across the business.
  
We're looking for someone who has:
• Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or IT Administration role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows and end-user devices
• A proactive approach and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
  
Hamilton office-based role
Free onsite parking
Full-time Fixed Term Contract until Christmas
