We’re partnering with the Waitomo Group, who won the Waikato Business of the Year Supreme Award 2024 and are an influential and well-established organisation based in the heart of Hamilton.  They are 100 percent Kiwi, family-owned and operated business that have been fuelling Kiwis across New Zealand.  They are now seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in shaping and delivering their technology strategy.
  
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Can work across multiple concurrent initiatives and shaping work before it becomes a project
• Define problems clearly, separating process, system, and data issues
• Are pragmatic and outcomes-focused, no over-engineering, just what works
• Like ambiguity, influence and building things that last
• Think long-term: ownership, supportability, vendor dependency, and cost
• Confidently challenge assumptions, including with senior leaders

  
Experience we’re looking for:

• Proven Senior Business Analyst experience in complex operational environments
• Strong process analysis and documentation skills
• Confidence engaging with senior leaders and external vendors
• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives in parallel

  
It would also be advantageous if you have experience in ERP adjacent environments, asset-heavy, logistics, or utilities experience as well as data and reporting exposure.
