Immediate start available for a Contract Technical Business Analyst (ERP Project) based in Hamilton for approximately 4 to 6 months.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major entity amalgamation project, currently in the UAT phase of a customised Sage 300 ERP system.
You’ll step in as our client’s UAT Lead and Project BA, working alongside a talented project team, including a Senior BA.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate the completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) –
approximately 30% of tests remaining.
· Manage the issues register and ensure timely resolution.
· Coordinate and execute the cutover plan and ‘dress rehearsal’ (targeting
early December).
· Liaise with vendors managing 3rd party integrations (Data Warehouse and
two logistics tools – one SaaS, one custom).
· Finalise the cutover and go-live with support from the project team.
You will need to have a strong background in ERP implementation and testing.
Hands-on experience with UAT coordination, test management, and cutover planning. Be confident working with vendors and multiple stakeholders. Be able to hit the ground running and support a team in the final project stretch.
Go-live target: February 1st, 2025.
