Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel) | Build Intuitive, User-Focused Solutions

We're looking for a talented permanent (full-time) Full Stack Developer to join a Hamilton based forward-thinking technology team and help shape modern, user-centered applications across their evolving ecosystem.
 
If you love solving complex problems, creating intuitive digital experiences, and working across the full stack, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Build full-stack features using Laravel
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to shape meaningful solutions
• Deliver in vertical slices for fast feedback
• Create intuitive customer-facing apps and internal tools
• Support a DevOps culture using containerised environments
• Contribute to code reviews, DevOps practices and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years' Full Stack Dev experience
• Strong PHP/Laravel skills
• Docker & CI/CD experience
• UX awareness with a focus on usability
• Automated testing (Pest or PHPUnit preferred; TDD mindset advantageous)
• A collaborative mindset plus modern development practices incl. agentic AI workflows.
