With continued growth, they are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to strengthen their administration and client service function by expertly managing back-office operations and ensuring seamless, client-focused delivery.
The Role
This newly created role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, compliant, and client-focused operations. You will serve as the essential link between the Adviser and the support team, making certain the advice process is seamless, compliant, and centred on the client from start to finish.
You will contribute to quality control, process improvement, and the mentoring of junior team members, all while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
Specifically, your role will include:
- Practice Management and Compliance: workflow tracking, administration process improvement, compliance reviews and monitoring, oversee financial administration (ensure accuracy of client fees, billing, invoices etc), business management reporting. Keep the practice updated with the latest technical, legislative, and compliance changes. Support the implementation of ‘best practice’ systems and processes
- Administration and Team Support: managing client communication, support the advisor with administration tasks, document and file management, as well as training and mentoring staff (including off shore team)
- Client Services: manage, acknowledge and respond to client enquiries, oversee and manage client reviews, relationship management as well as client onboarding and offboarding
- Event Management and Marketing Support: plan, manage, co-ordinate and execute sponsorship and marketing events including webinars and corporate events.
The Person
You’re an experienced financial advice professional with a strong understanding of financial planning processes and a passion for streamlining advice delivery with a client-focused approach. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are responsible for being the hub for managing back-office operations, ensuring seamless support for both the team and clients.
You must also display the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in senior administration, practice management or client service roles within financial planning – e.g: financial planning practice or licensee
- IT literate with the ability to use MS365 Suite of products
- Experience with financial planning software such as Xplan and MyProperity
- Financial planning qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage your time effectively
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
- Experience in corporate event management or marketing coordination (desirable)
