As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to play a key role in bridging advice strategy with flawless execution.
About the Role
This newly created role is perfect for a senior paraplanner, practice manager or technical specialist ready to step into a broader, more influential position. You’ll act as the vital link between the Principal Adviser and the support team, ensuring the advice process is seamless, compliant, and client-focused from start to finish.
You'll be involved in strategic planning, quality control, process improvement, and the mentoring of junior team members – all while ensuring the client experience remains exceptional.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the end-to-end preparation of high-quality, compliant advice documents in collaboration with the Principal Adviser
- Lead and enhance the client onboarding experience
- Keep the practice updated with the latest technical, legislative, and compliance changes
- Mentor, train and support the operations/advice team (up to 2 staff )
- Refine and implement operational systems and best practice frameworks
- Maintain the integrity and compliance of all advice documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
About You
You're an experienced advice professional with a deep understanding of financial planning strategies and a keen interest in streamlining advice delivery. You enjoy working in a collaborative, client-focused environment and are ready to take the next step in your career.
You will bring:
- Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies and the end-to-end advice process
- Previous experience in paraplanning, compliance, practice management or technical roles
- Financial planning qualifications and a Bachelor’s degree (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise competing tasks
- Project management and quality control capabilities
- Proficiency in business software and financial planning tools (Fin365, myProsperity, SharePoint, etc.)
