What you’ll do:  

As our Administration Officer, you'll be the face of our Newcastle Centre, providing exceptional client service and critical administrative support in a high-volume environment. You’ll help create a supportive first impression for clients, while managing essential day-to-day operations. You'll: 

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing warm and compassionate client service  
• Manage multiple competing priorities, including phone calls, email inboxes, client bookings, rescheduling, payments, reminders, and general enquiries
• Provide administrative assistance ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of your work
• Collaborate with your team to share responsibilities and support each other through high-volume periods 

The details

• Permanent part-time position based in Newcastle 
• 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday essential 
• $33 - $35 per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 11.5% super + 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings at https://www.salary.com.au/calculate-your-savings)

• Demonstrated experience providing exceptional administration and customer service support, preferably within a comparable setting
• Technologically adept with the ability to grasp new systems and processes quickly
• Outstanding attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of our data/systems
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle interruptions and changes
• A calm, compassionate and firm demeanour when engaging with clients
